Shashank Nakate

I paint with oil based pigments on canvas. Animalistic artworks is what I enjoy creating. I have started with landscapes and abstracts lately. Reading, writing and sketching is what I enjoy doing in my free time. I do enjoy occasional hikes and treks.

I have worked for almost 14 years (April 2009 to January 2023) in the IT industry, particularly digital marketing. Started my career as Web Content Writer. I did writing for the web audience for over 5 years. I still enjoy writing, journaling, and reading as much as I did when I first started off. Art and design interest me.

I aspire to paint, write and spend time experimenting with different artforms and styles.

Dan Brown, Arthur Conan Doyle and JK Rowling are my favourite writers. Steve Jobs' biography by Walter Isaacson, and The Godfather by Mario Puzo are amongst my favourites.
